Piriformis Stretch: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gPc47Wvnrog (bring the knee to 90 degrees, make sure to bring the knee across the=body first before rotating)
Do these at least once a day and hold the stretches for 40-60 seconds. To fast track the release of these restrictions, I’d suggest seeing our massage therapist Ade Robson who practices here at Bespoke on a Monday between 15:30 and 19:30.

I would suggest follow up this fitting session with some dedicated sessions that focus on pedaling technique, cycling specific core stability and strength training. This will further develop the body towards a straighter, more powerful and efficient riding style. The initial session takes 45 mins.
