Race prep: some bricks, Pilot Bay swims and runs with Murray, Muzz & Ryan
Race report:
Ryan was a weapon and put in a fantastic debut race
Muzz took 6 minutes off last year’s bike and run times!
Murray was strong on the bike and paced his run well
Owen suffered on the bike with back pain but improved on last year’s result
