Lockdown Challenges!

Today we did our challenges from the last school holidays again. These are the challenges:

Rebound: bounce ball and catch in alternate hands
Endurance: running up and down a hill in the orchard
Bravery: jumping into the cold pool
Strength: pull ups on the climbing frame
Hover: bounce a ball up and down on a tennis racket
Cushion: with a tennis racket, throw the ball above your head and catch it on the racket without bouncing
Balance: stand on one leg
The desert: eat a dry Weetbix!
The devil’s hold: plank
Swinger: monkey bars
